I’ve tested out more than a few fitness trackers and smart watches over the past few years. My Youtube channel is full of reviews for different brands and styles, but by far the most popular right out of the gate has been my Fitbit Inspire HR review.
Fitbit Inspire HR Review
This fitness tracker looks like a traditional Fitbit, but it has almost everything a smart watch has. It will track your steps, distance, calories, and all types of exercises, and it will also track your sleep and 24/7 heart rate.
You can choose different workouts right on the watch, meditate, or see your text and call notifications. It lacks a few tech features to let it track stairs or swimming, but other than that the Fitbit Inspire HR covers all the bases.
Fitbit Versa Lite Review
I also tested out the Fitbit Versa Lite. This fitness watch is more of a smart watch, with access to apps and detailed workouts right on your wrist.
I found both accurately monitor my steps, distance, and calories, and I thought both were easy to wear. The bands don’t irritate my wrist and, in the case of the Fitbit Versa Lite, I love the color.
If I had to pick I’d choose the Fitbit Versa Lite, but I’m a fan of smartwatches and I like the color screen and the workouts. I also like the apps, but was a bit disappointed to find that the Spotify app was only a controller. You can’t download your playlists to your watch.
