When my husband brought home a Fuji Instax Mini-7 camera, aka the modern day Polaroid, I will admit to thinking it was a bit lame. After all, why would anyone want those tiny pictures and what would you do with them all exactly?

But one visit to Pinterest is all it took to open my eyes, and I was suddenly plotting my very own custom photo collages for my walls and kid’s rooms. These small photos are perfect for creating cool wall art like this:

Although the Fuji Instax is pretty cool, I was left wondering how I could print off the photos I’ve already taken. You know those shots you have on Instagram that you’ve added filters to and are so amazing? I have hundreds of them, and I wanted to print them off and use them on my walls.

This is where the LG Wireless Pocket Photo Printer comes into play. As I’m a product tester/writer for Best Buy, one of these showed up at my front door the other day and my brain went into overdrive as to how I was going to use it. You can read my full review of the LG Wireless Pocket Photo Printer here, but the short version is that I absolutely loved it. It’s fast, easy to use, and because it all works from the LG Pocket Photo App on my iPhone, it was a snap to edit and print off my photos. It doesn’t even have an ink cartridge, working instead with Photo paper that comes in packs of 30.

So what can I create with the LG Pocket Photo Printer and my Instagram photos? Here’s a few ideas:

Monogram Wall Letter Collage

Who hasn’t had a big old letter from the craft store at home? I have one on my wall that’s just plain black, and when I saw this I finally knew how to jazz it up.

By adding a black and white filter to your photos in the LG Pocket Photo App, I was able to create a cool photo collage that looked like a million bucks once it was up on the wall.
